This policy explains how 30 Coffees Later Studio handles information when you use Kitra or visit 30coffeeslater.com.

Our approach

Kitra is designed to perform its practical functions on your device wherever possible. We do not require a Kitra account. We do not sell your personal information.

Device permissions and local processing

Depending on the tool you choose, Kitra may ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, nearby Bluetooth devices, photos or files, notifications, alarms and device sensors. These permissions are used to provide the feature you requested. You can deny or revoke them in Android settings, though the related feature may then be unavailable.

• Camera access supports the mirror, magnifier, scanners, document capture and object counting.
• Microphone access supports sound measurement, tuning, related audio tools and an optional Pretend Call caller voice.
• Location and sensor access support the compass, coordinates and environmental readings.
• Nearby-device access supports Bluetooth detection.
• Photo and file access supports importing, cleaning, saving and sharing content you choose.

Pretend Call can optionally store a separate prerecorded voice for each caller profile you choose. These recordings stay in Kitra's protected storage on your device, are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer, and are never uploaded to us. You can preview, replace or delete them inside Pretend Call; uninstalling Kitra also removes them.

Information you choose to share

If you email us for support, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address, device details you provide and attachments you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and maintain reasonable support records.

Network and third-party services

Some functions may use Android, Google Play Services or other platform components—for example document scanning, currency updates or opening external links. Those providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies. Kitra’s “last updated” labels indicate when online reference data was retrieved.

Website and analytics

This website is primarily informational and does not offer user accounts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, for security and reliable delivery.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. It may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser and device type. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, card messages or other personally identifying content to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you select “Accept analytics” in our consent notice. If you reject, no analytics data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also read Google’s Privacy Policy.

Children

Kitra is a general-audience utility app and is not directed to children under the age required for independent consent in their country.

Security, retention and choices

We apply reasonable safeguards to information we hold. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal and security purposes. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you have sent us, subject to applicable law.
