You must not misuse Kitra, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use its safety-related tools to invade another person’s privacy or break the law.

Your content

You remain responsible for documents, images, codes, contact details and other content you create, scan, import or share through Kitra. Make sure you have the necessary rights and avoid sharing sensitive information unintentionally.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on your device, Android version, hardware, permissions, internet connection or third-party platform services. We may improve, change or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.

No professional service

Kitra provides convenient everyday tools, not certified, medical, emergency, surveillance, engineering, navigation, financial or other professional services. Important decisions should be checked with suitable equipment or a qualified professional.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kitra and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Kitra, the website, brand, interface, text and original materials belong to 30 Coffees Later Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
